About us
Applied Robotics and Mechatronics Laboratory (ARM-lab) at the Technical University of Košice, Slovakia, develops advanced methods for robot control and learning in uncertain and dynamic environments. Our research focuses on fundamental challenges in robot–environment interaction, including adaptive behavior, robust motion control, and learning-assisted modeling. We validate these concepts on a broad range of robotic platforms, such as robotic manipulators, continuum and soft robots, soft grippers, and snake-like robots. This broad perspective enables ARM-lab to develop general principles and algorithms that enhance robot performance and reliability in real-world applications.
